Cancel automatic renewal

The annual subscription automatically renews every 12 months. Seven days before the renewal, you will receive an email with the amount and a link to manage or cancel.

You can cancel your renewal at any time from "My Offers." Your access will continue as normal until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which you will not be charged again.

Refund

To request a refund, contact us from the contact page, with your order number.

• Upon refunding a subscription, access to the specific period is closed and its vouchers are no longer redeemable.
• Upon refund of gift cards or Tourist Passes, codes that have not been activated are canceled.
• The refund is made using the same payment method you used.

Charge dispute

If you dispute a charge with your bank, access to it is closed until the review is complete.

Gift Cards and Tourist Pass

The 12 months of a gift card and the days of a Tourist Pass begin when the code is activated. An activated code now belongs to the account that activated it.
